Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo is an American actress, and also an author. She started her career with the daytime soap operas One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various supporting roles on primetime television. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career as an afternoon soap. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap opera One Life to Live. She joined in 1999 in the ensemble of CBS soap production Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. The actress made her debut in film with a brief appearance as a character in Girl 6 (1996) then she appeared in two episodes New York Undercover and The District. In 2001 Navedo appeared in the action comedy double take film Double Take and the following year was the drama Washington Heights. Navedo played a regular role in the NBC Crime Show Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Navedo was also a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods and Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo was also in films such as El Cantante, Remember Me and many more. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy and How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 to the year 2013. Superfast!, a comedy film where she appeared. The Fast and the Furious Parody, released in the year 2015, was a satire of the Fast and the Furious television series. Navedo's professional career began with daytime soap operas. From 1995 through 1997, she played the role of Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. The actress joined the CBS soap opera Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her first appearance on film, playing a character as a character in Girl 6. She later played a role as a guest on New York Undercover (1996) as well as The District. Navedo was the lead in Double Take, an action-comedy film from 2001.
